Structure BIM Engineer IN UAE

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop detailed structural models and drawings using Revit software, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.

Collaborate with project teams to integrate structural design elements into architectural and MEP models, ensuring coordination and clash detection. Utilize BIM tools and workflows to optimize structural designs for efficiency, constructability, and sustainability. Assist in the creation of parametric families, templates, and standards to streamline modeling processes and improve project efficiency. Conduct model reviews and perform clash detection analysis to identify and resolve conflicts between disciplines. Generate quantity take-offs, schedules, and other project documentation from BIM models. Support the coordination and communication of BIM-related issues with internal and external stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends, software developments, and best practices in BIM and structural engineering. Provide training and support to team members on BIM workflows, techniques, and so

General Skills and Info:

? Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field

? 4-7 years of post-graduate experience in BIM

? Project delivery experience
