Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural analysis, design, and construction supervision, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead structural design and analysis for high-rise buildings using advanced engineering software. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE building codes, and international standards (such as ACI, BS, and Eurocodes). Conduct structural calculations, material selection, and optimization for cost-effective and safe designs. Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Perform site inspections, review construction drawings, and resolve structural issues during construction. Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation for project approvals. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise building projects, specifically in Dubai. Proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, AutoCAD, Revit, and other structural analysis software. In-depth knowledge of Dubai building regulations and international structural codes. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. UAE experience is mandatory; previous work with renowned engineering consultancies is a plus. Professional accreditation (such as PE, CEng, or PMP) is preferred but not required.
