Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct inspections of renovation projects to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and project schedules to facilitate efficient project management.

- Oversee and manage a team of skilled workers and subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project timelines and quality requirements.

- Collaborate with the design team to provide technical input and expertise during project planning and execution.

- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

- Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 7 year of experience working on Fit-Out projects in Dubai.

- Valid UAE driving license.

- Valid Engineering certification as per Dubai regulations.

- Strong project management and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems is a plus.

- Experience in bathroom fit-outs is an advantage.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
