: Structural BIM Engineer (UAE)

We are hiring Structural BIM Engineer having concrete ,steel structure experience etc in Revit with LOD project experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop detailed structural models and drawings using Revit software, in compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Collaborate with project teams to integrate structural designs into architectural and MEP models, ensuring coordination and efficient clash detection. Utilize BIM tools and workflows to enhance the efficiency, constructability, and sustainability of structural designs upto LOD 500. Assist in creating parametric families, templates, and standards to streamline modeling and improve project delivery. Conduct model reviews and perform clash detection to identify and resolve conflicts between various disciplines. Generate quantity take-offs, schedules, and other project documentation directly from BIM models. Support communication and coordination of BIM-related issues with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in BIM and structural engineering. Provide training and support to team members regarding BIM workflows and techniques.

General Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. 4-7 years of post-graduate experience working in BIM. Proven experience in project delivery and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. Must be available to join immediately.
