We are seeking a Structural Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have expertise in commercial and industrial projects and a strong understanding of UAE building regulations, including KEEZAD and ADM standards. The role involves designing, analyzing, and overseeing the structural integrity of our projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze structural components for commercial and industrial buildings.
• Ensure compliance with UAE codes and regulations , including KEEZAD and ADM requirements.
• Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality projects.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess progress and resolve any structural issues.
• Oversee the preparation and review of structural calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Manage construction timelines and ensure project milestones are met.
• Provide technical support and solutions during the construction phase.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 5+ years of UAE experience in commercial and industrial structural design.
• In-depth knowledge of KEEZAD and ADM regulations.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAP2000).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Structural Engineer: 3 years (Preferred)
• DMT Submissions: 2 years (Preferred)
• Abu Dhabi Municipality: 2 years (Preferred)
