Job Summary:

A Site Engineer is responsible for managing and overseeing construction activities on site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves liaising with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management:

Supervise and manage on-site construction activities.

Ensure all work is performed according to approved plans and specifications.

Monitor daily progress and address any issues or delays.

• Coordination and Communication:

Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors.

Conduct regular site meetings to discuss progress, issues, and updates.

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Quality Control:

Implement and maintain quality control procedures.

Conduct inspections and tests to ensure the quality of materials and workmanship.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and material usage.

Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, including any deviations from the plan.

• Problem-Solving:

Identify and resolve any technical or operational issues on site.

Implement corrective actions as necessary to address construction challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Relevant certification or licensure in the UAE.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction site management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Primavera, or other construction management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
