Required for a building contracting company in Sharjah, Structural Draftsman with at least 10 years of experience inside UAE and can join immediately- : We are seeking a talented Structural Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The Structural Draftsman will play a key role in transforming conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings and plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Structural principles, excellent drafting skills, and proficiency in CAD software. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects and collaborate with experienced architects and designers. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with architects and designers to develop preliminary designs and concepts. 2. Translate conceptual sketches and ideas into accurate and detailed technical drawings using CAD software. 3. Produce architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details for construction documentation. 4. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards. 5. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on feasibility and constructability. 6. Assist in the preparation of presentations, renderings, and other visual materials. 7. Coordinate with project teams and external consultants to integrate structural, mechanical, and other technical requirements into drawings. 8. Calculating dimensions and performing measurements by visiting construction sites as and when needed 9. Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, developments, and technologies in architectural designs 10. Ensuring that the technical drawings have correct measurements, codes, and calculations mentioned 11. Maintain organized files and documentation for efficient project management. 12. Support the construction administration phase by responding to requests for information (RFIs) and reviewing shop drawings as needed. 13. Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in architectural drafting. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent in Structural, drafting, or related field. \xc2\xb7 Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as anStructural draftsman or similar role in an Structural firm. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD. \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of Structural principles, construction techniques, and building systems. \xc2\xb7 Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and documentation. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with team members. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards. \xc2\xb7 Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. \xc2\xb7 Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
