We seek a diligent, experienced Site Inspector with a civil engineering background to join our on-site team, ensuring projects meet quality standards, safety protocols, and design specifications.

- Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Draftsman with expertise in both concrete and steel structures. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the development of detailed construction drawings, working closely with engineers and architects to ensure the accuracy and integrity of design plans.

- Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed drawings and plans for concrete and steel structures, including foundations, beams, columns, slabs, and other structural components.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to develop and refine design concepts.
• Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) to create accurate and detailed drawings.
• Ensure that all drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
• Review and analyze project specifications, sketches, and drawings to determine the necessary information and details for drafting.
• Perform site visits to collect measurements and other data as needed.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, and clients.
• Maintain an organized database of drawings and related documents.
• Assist in the preparation of material take-offs and cost estimates.

- Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Structural Draftsman, with a strong portfolio of concrete and steel projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and structural design principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling software and BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.

- Preferred Qualifications:

• Min 5-year of UAE Experience with large-scale commercial and industrial projects.
• Certification in CAD or related software.
• Understanding of construction processes and methods.
