Job Description
A reputable and well-established Manufacturing company is actively recruiting a Structural Design Engineer for their team in Sharjah.Please note that you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered. - Develop detailed designs and calculations as per project specifications.
- Conduct random site visits and inspections to assess structural conditions, identify discrepancies, and report to the lead engineer.
- Propose the best cost-effective technical proposals and the right construction material.
- Utilise software tools to create structural models and perform analysis.
- Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in civil or Structural Engineering. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the steel fabrication industry.
- In-depth understanding of Steel structures.
- Good knowledge of fabrication and erection activities.
- Proficiency in structural design software such as STAAD Pro.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
