We are seeking an experienced

Structural Design Engineer

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a licensed professional with expertise in structural design and a deep understanding of the local regulations and submission processes required for Dubai Municipality (DM), Trakhees, and Dubai Development Authority (DDA).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design structural systems for buildings up to G+12 as per local codes and standards. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and DDA regulations for structural design. Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders in the design process. Conduct site inspections and collaborate with construction teams to resolve design issues. Prepare structural design calculations, reports, and drawings for submission to relevant authorities. Submit designs and documentation through the DM, Trakhees, and DDA portals. Perform structural analysis and develop design solutions for complex engineering problems. Stay up to date with the latest industry standards, codes, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited university. Licensed Structural Engineer by Dubai Municipality (DM) for Structure Design for G+12 category and Trakhees. Experience in structural design for buildings up to G+12. Proficient in the use of structural design software. Familiar with the DM, DDA, and Trakhees portals and submission requirements. Strong understanding of local building codes, standards, and regulations in Dubai. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with project teams and clients. Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering in the UAE.
