Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Structural BIM Technician to join our award-winning team based in Kuwait.

We envisage success in this role to include: Working independently and developing structural drawings and 3D Structural REVIT models in all design stages based on basic sketch input / mark-ups from a Structural Engineer. Coordinating within the design team on a day-to-day basis. Creating BIM families and do clash detection using Navisworks. Understanding and interpreting structural engineering sketches, have a strong understanding of various types of building structures. Assuring the correctness and accuracy of own work. Understanding and implement document control procedures for drawings. Planning own workload efficiently and meet deadline. Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a minimum of 5 to 8 years' as a Structural BIM Technician.

Working knowledge in Revit Structures, AutoCad, Navisworks, ACC (BIM 360), Microsoft Office products.

Working knowledge of standards for detailing Reinforced Concrete, Structural Steel is a must.

Experience in the detailing of structures within consultancy or contractor environment, having an understanding of various types of building structures.

Must be able to understand/interpret structural engineering sketches and calculations.

Must fully understand and interpret Architectural, MEP drawings.
