We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural BIM Modeller - Rebar Modeller and Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and a strong understanding of structural detailing, with a specific focus on rebar modeling. This role will involve creating accurate and precise 3D models, reinforcing details, and collaborating with our engineering and construction teams to ensure high-quality project execution.

### Key Responsibilities

- 3D Modeling and Detailing : Create detailed and accurate 3D BIM models for structural elements, focusing on rebar detailing, using software like Revit, ETABS, Tekla, or AutoCAD.

- Rebar Modeling and Scheduling : Generate rebar models and detailing for reinforced concrete structures, including preparing rebar schedules, bar bending schedules, and annotations as per project requirements.

- Collaboration : Work closely with structural engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure coordinated and clash-free models.

- Quality Control : Ensure all rebar detailing and BIM modeling work complies with industry standards, client requirements, and company quality benchmarks.

- Documentation : Prepare detailed drawings and technical documentation for construction teams and clients, adhering to relevant standards and specifications.

- Project Support : Assist in resolving design conflicts, implementing updates, and providing technical support as required during the construction phase.

### Qualifications

- Education : Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience : Minimum [Specify years, e.g., 3-5 years] of experience as a Structural BIM Modeller or Rebar Detailer.

- Software Proficiency : Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, and other relevant 3D modeling tools.

- Knowledge of Standards : Familiarity with international and local rebar detailing standards, such as ACI, BS, Eurocode, or equivalent.

- Attention to Detail : Strong analytical and visualization skills with meticulous attention to detail in all phases of modeling and documentation.

- Communication Skills : Ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

- Problem Solving : Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve issues related to rebar detailing and structural BIM modeling.

### Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with clash detection and coordination software, like Navisworks or BIM 360.

- Knowledge of additional BM and structural analysis software is a plus.
