Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat patients with stroke symptoms
- Develop and implement treatment plans in consultation with the patient and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on stroke prevention, symptoms, and treatment options
- Participate in the maintenance of patient records and documentation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in stroke medicine through ongoing education and training
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Neurology or related field
- Valid medical license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 3 years experience in stroke medicine
- Proven ability to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
