As a Strategy Lead for the client, you will spearhead the strategic and operational planning processes. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a unified strategic vision across the entity, ensuring best practices are adopted in annual and strategic planning processes

• Oversee the strategic planning process, including leading the development and implementation of the strategic planning frameworks, templates and processes
• Foster communication and promote collaboration amongst senior leaders to achieve a shared understanding that will help formulate effective strategies
• Implement monitoring and evaluation mechanisms (e.g., balanced scorecard) to track progress towards strategic objectives including potential mitigation actions for proactive risk management purposes
• Lead training sessions to equip employees with strategic planning skills and empower them to cascade corporate strategies into departmental plans within their areas
• Work with external parties/vendors to ensure they are delivering on contractual obligations during engagements

• Bachelor\'s degree (Master\'s preferred) in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Policy, Economics or a relevant field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in Business Administration, Public Policy, Economics, or a similar within an international consulting firm
• Fluency in written and spoken English. Arabic language proficiency is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to deliver results independently within agreed time frames
