This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional development and learning within a dynamic and collaborative environment.What you will do:Responsible for:Market Research and Analysis:
  • Assist in conducting research and analysis of real estate market trends, including supply and demand dynamics, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
  • Support the development of market reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate key findings and insights to senior management.
Strategic Planning Support:
  • Provide support in the development and refinement of the company\'s strategic plan, including assisting with goal setting, performance metrics, and action plans.
  • Assist in coordinating strategic planning sessions and workshops with cross-functional teams to gather input and facilitate alignment.
Data Analysis and Performance Tracking:
  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing operational and financial data to track performance against strategic objectives.
  • Help maintain performance dashboards and KPIs to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the preparation of regular updates and reports on strategic initiatives for senior management.
Business Development Assistance:
  • Support the evaluation of potential investment opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions through financial modeling, research, and due diligence.
  • Assist in preparing business cases, investment memos, and presentations to support decision-making by senior management.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate the execution of business development activities.
Competitive Intelligence Gathering:
  • Assist in monitoring competitor activities and industry developments to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Contribute to the development of competitive intelligence reports and analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Help identify strategies to enhance the company\'s competitive positioning and differentiation in the market.
Required skills to be successful:Behavioural Competencies:
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and market research.
What equips you for the role:Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master\'s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of real estate markets, industry trends, and investment analysis techniques is a plus.
Minimum Experience:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or real estate development.
