We are now looking for a Strategy and Transformation Senior Manager to join our team in Middle East .
The Strategy and Transformation Manager provides leadership, hands-on execution, and program oversight to cross-functional global integration initiatives to support global M&A integration and growth initiatives for highly visible acquisitions.
This critical, business-facing role is centered on guiding teams through the multifaceted aspects of merger and acquisition integration. You will be instrumental in shaping the trajectory of our acquired businesses during their most transformative moments and you will have the opportunity to set the direction for above market growth.
While the specific job deliverables will vary according to business needs, you will have the broad skills needed to exercise strong strategy formulation, analytical, critical thinking, governance and program management capabilities while helping to drive top line growth of the acquired organization's products and services. You will work independently and collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
This position requires significant collaboration across Vertiv functions including product management, sales, operations, procurement, marketing, Finance and IT including senior executives, business leaders and subject-matter-experts both in-region and globally.

Responsibilities
• Partner with the Global Integration team and Business Leaders to formulate the integration approach, operational structure, and key milestones/metrics for each acquisition.
• Implement the planning and execution of the acquisition from business case development to execution and post-closing value capture, incorporating key issues discovered through diligence.
• Partner with business leaders to define workstream objectives and plans to launch holistic post-acquisition integration activities to maximize value, with a key focus on scaling for rapid growth.
• Establish global governance of integration activities to monitor overall status, progress and risks.
• Support transfer of products from target organization to Vertiv, including engineering, supply, and manufacturing functions to accelerate product development and manufacturing readiness.
• Partner with Vertiv global and regional sales teams to drive collaboration and execute plans to build processes and capabilities to pull new products through all Vertiv sales channels.
• Integrate new products into key processes to mature pipeline visibility, quantify demand potential and formulate and prioritize strategic initiatives to grow revenue.
• Develop workplans to integrate HR, Legal, IT, Finance, and Marketing processes and support into existing Vertiv operating model and organization.
• Be proactive and define the long-term integration roadmap to stay ahead of day-to-day tactical activities and communicate vision to all stakeholders.
• Drive day-to-day execution of the integration process, including influencing cross-functional teams, managing weekly integration team meetings and driving proactive issue resolution.
• Motivate and collaborate with stakeholders across functional, product, and regional teams to ensure all activities are completed within timelines.
• Work with executive business sponsors to define key value drivers, KPIs, implementable plan, and tracking mechanism.
• Refine integration playbooks that incorporate prior experience and industry best practices across all key work streams.
Cultivate business relationships and become a trusted advisor, providing prescriptive guidance in the development of people, processes, and technology.

QUALIFICATIONS :
• 7+ years business experience in Strategy, Operations and Integration including a minimum of 3 years of experience in M&A Integration; management consulting experience preferred.
• Bachelors' Degree in Engineering, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record in complex M&A integration projects.
• Strong desire to understand, influence, and support management of the P&L through the journey of business integration and acceleration.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex problems into clear, actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with executive leadership and diverse client groups.
• Demonstrated success working both independently and in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to create and manage project plans and large cross-functional working teams, driving effective process management to achieve established goals.
Ability to influence and push back with Senior Business leaders to drive Integration agenda.
