Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Strategic Planning Manager based out of our Dubai office.
The global planning team is responsible for the effective utilization of resource across the business and works directly and collaboratively with all areas of the business.

Well Count on You To:
Be responsible for the strategic planning process in the MEA and APAC regions effectively allocating available training resources based on training demand.
Produce detailed resourcing plans based on historical demand and forecasted future demand, identifying opportunities for cross-skilling existing resource and recruitment to anticipated resourcing gaps.
Enter and update schedules in the Planning system to accurately reflect planned training
Produce accurate and timely management information reporting and monitor key performance metrics.
Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of best practices in strategic planning and execution.
What You Need to Have:
Significant experience of strategic resource planning and scheduling in fast-paced dynamic environment.
Demonstrable experience of developing and managing excellent relationships with stakeholders, vendors and other third parties. Ability to influence and engage indirect reports and peers.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable resourcing decisions
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with workforce management software.

Experience of managing projects and the capability to oversee multiple projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
Proficient with data analysis software such as Power BI, QlikSense
Commercial acumen with an understanding of business operations, objectives, and strategies to align data analysis efforts with organizational goals
