Job Overview : We are in the lookout for a Strategic Partnerships Executive who will drive Company's growth by building strong collaborations with top corporates in the UAE, boosting brand trust and visibility. He/She will use commercial and PR skills, along with marketing knowledge, to ensure successful partnerships. Cultivate and maintain partnerships with high-profile corporates and organizations to strengthen Companys brand trust and visibility. 2. Leverage public relations skills to position company as a trusted partner within the health and wellness sector, driving positive media coverage and stakeholder perception. 3. Develop and execute partnership communication strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to ensure alignment with the brands overarching goals. 4. Act as the primary liaison between external partners and internal teams (marketing, sales, operations), ensuring seamless integration and execution of partnership activities. 5. Proactively generate leads through market research and networking, targeting organizations aligned with companys mission and values. 6. Deliver persuasive pitches and presentations to secure partnerships, ensuring alignment with partner objectives. 7. Manage onboarding processes for new partners, including event planning, promotional activities, and tailored engagement strategies. 8. Serve as an account manager for existing partners, ensuring sustained engagement, satisfaction, and long-term collaboration. 9. Implement structured workflows and reporting systems to track partnership performance and outcomes, ensuring transparency and accountability. 10. Represent company at industry events, conferences, and premium platforms to enhance visibility and foster strategic connections. 11. Regularly present performance metrics, opportunities, and insights to leadership, driving informed decision-making. 12. Foster interdepartmental collaboration, ensuring internal teams are aligned and equipped to support partnership initiatives effectively.Professional Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of PR and marketing.
Proven ability to build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
Minimum 3 years of experience in partnerships, or business development roles within
the UAE.
Experience with lead generation, pitching, and converting prospects into long-term
partners.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to create and manage
structured workflows.
Proficiency in performance tracking and reporting to demonstrate the impact of
partnership initiatives.
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
Must have a valid UAE driving license and own a car.
