We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Investment Lead to join our team and drive our financial strategy, investor relations, and business planning. You will work closely with the CFO across various verticals including, financial budgeting, financial modelling and planning, legal reviews, relationship management, investor engagement, and oversight of the broader finance and accounting team.Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership and management of the company\xe2\x80\x99s cash flow management model.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, business case models, and budgeting models. Ensuring accuracy and reliability in all financial modeling activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders to facilitate a smooth audit process.
• Lead the development and implementation of the company\xe2\x80\x99s ESOP plan. Work with the Head of HR to ensure compliance and effective communication of the ESOP plan to employees.
• Review financial accounts before submission to the CFO to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Drive business planning for all new products launched in each market by assessing the feasibility and profitability of potential products in the pipeline.
• Assist the CFO in developing pitch decks and financial analyses for new and existing partner financial institutions and channel owners. Contribute to strategic discussions and financial planning initiatives.
• Support the CFO in building and managing relationships with partner financial institutions and channel owners across geographies.

The finer points: What we are looking for from you

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in financial modeling, cash flow management, and business planning.
• Proven track record of managing audit processes and investor relations.
• Strong understanding of ESOP plans and legal documentation.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
