You will be pivotal in driving sales and promoting our top-of-the-line team sports products. You\'ll leverage your industry experience and vast network to connect with sports clubs, federations, and retailers, forging partnerships that will propel us to the top.Key Responsibilities:
Increase revenue by achieving sales objectives in existing key accounts and new accounts
Identify market opportunities and potential customers for expansion by monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Develop and execute plans to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and conferences to promote the company and its offerings.
Leverage your extensive network to establish and nurture strong relationships with sports clubs, federations, and retailers.
Conduct regular customer visits to foster relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Using business systems to effectively to analyze sales activities and customer base as well as creating regular sales forecasts and performing an efficient pipeline management
Qualifications
7+ years business development, sales, product management, marketing or other directly related experience
You are a Networker by heart! You are well connected in the textile industry/Apparel, enabling you to hit the ground running
You have extensive network and connections in the teamsport ecosystem especially (Saudi Pro League, Sport Federation, Performance Brands)
Proficient in assessing customer needs
Knowledgeable on conducting market and territory analysis and planning, paired with excellent negotiation skills
Skilled in project / process management and meeting facilitation
Ability to work within an highly matrix organization with a multicultural environment and diverse workforce
Languages: English (business fluent), ideally Arabic
