JOB PURPOSE:ExecuJet MRO Services is currently seeking a suitably qualified experienced Stores Supervisor to fill a vacancy within the Supply Chain Department.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning and executing the day-to-day activities ensuring all requirements are met on time.
Coordinating with other departmental staff promptly to manage concerning situations effectively.
Engaging with customs and other permits and approvals for imports and exports.
Managing roster and ensuring essential staff is available in all the shifts and for after-hours requirements.
Ensuring parts and tooling are made available for maintenance requirements promptly.
Ensuring emails are answered, and special requirements are complied with within the required time frame.
Providing guidance and training to Stores Coordinators.
Ensuring expired parts and tools are promptly removed and processed for disposal.
Receiving incoming materials and processing outgoing materials promptly per company procedures and processes.
Ensuring exchange cores and unused components are promptly returned as per supplier requirements.
Answering quality and finance audit corrective and preventive requirements.
Communicating effectively with colleagues, suppliers, customers, service providers, and freight handlers/forwarders to promptly meet requirements.
Ensuring minimum stock of all materials is always available.
Supporting Materials Office personnel with any job requirements requested.
Ensuring all the store areas are always clean and maintained orderly.
Performing appraisal of all store staff effectively.
Reporting anomalies and discrepancies to the Supply Chain Manager.
Taking on other duties and responsibilities as delegated.
QUALIFICATIONS:Essential:
Bachelors degree or Diploma, preferably in engineering or logistics and supply chain.
At least 8 years of experience in an Aviation Store in an MRO.
Held a Stores Supervisor or Team Leader position for the last 3 years.
Knowledge of GCAA, EASA, and FAA storage and materials control requirements.
Knowledge of all supply chain activities including logistics and inventory management.
Proficient with Dubai Customs and other government department import and export requirements.
Proficient in inventory management and aircraft maintenance ERP software.
Valid UAE Driving License.
Desirable:
Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Word advanced skills.
Accreditation in Goods Receiving and Dangerous Goods Regulations.
