Skills Required:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Competencies in data entry, analysis and management

Sensitive to details and ability to efficiently manage time

Physically able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 10Kgs

Knowledge of proper inventory management

Familiar in handling civil and MEP materials

Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions applicable to work

Extensive knowledge in inventory control procedures

Able to operate and enter information in a computerized inventory system

Able to perform simple arithmetic computation

Able to work in a fast paced environment

Duties & Responsibilities:

Itemize supplies according to classification through proper stacking of goods inside the store and ensuring the store is not jam - packed

Inventories supplies and equipment by the end of the day

Maintains organized, clean, safe and secured storage of materials

Safely and delicately handles the items and products in a store

Maintains receipts, records and withdrawals of materials from the storage rooms

Receives and issues the right items in correct quantity

Verifies that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices before allowing goods inside the store

Inspect deliveries for damages and discrepancies.

Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control

Maintain a professional relationship with supplier and co- workers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
