Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Stores Executive to join our team. Experience: . 3-5 years Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field Ideal Candidate Profile: Store Operations Management: . Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store. . Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained. . Monitor and manage store inventory levels, including stock replenishment and ordering. . Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for store operations. Financial Management: . Manage the store budget and control expenses. . Prepare and analyze financial reports, including sales, expenses, and profitability. . Implement cost-saving measures without compromising store standards or customer satisfaction. Inventory Management: . Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure accurate stock levels. . Manage stock replenishment and coordinate with suppliers. . Minimize stock losses through effective inventory control measures. Requirements: . Proven experience in retail management or a similar role. . Strong leadership and team management skills. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. . Proficiency in inventory management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. .
