Position: Warehouse Keeper

Location: Sharjah or Anywhere in the UAE

•The warehouse keeper at iPay is responsible for organization and maintenance of warehouse operations such as managing event equipment, inventory, supplies and ensuring everything is in optimal condition for event setups. The Warehouse Keeper will work closely with the operations team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of materials to event sites across Dubai and the UAE.•

Responsibilities:

• •Maintain accurate records of all inventory items, including event furniture, decor, technical equipment, and supplies.•
• •Perform regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory levels are accurate.•
• •Monitor the movement of inventory items in and out of the warehouse.•
• •Organize and label inventory to ensure easy identification and accessibility.•
• •Inspect all items regularly for damage or wear and report any issues to the warehouse manager.•
• •Assist with loading/unloading vehicles to ensure safe transport of event assets.•
• •Collaborate with the setup and teardown teams to ensure equipment is delivered and returned on time•
• •Maintain detailed records of inventory movements and warehouse activities.•
• •Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery and returns of equipment.•

Skills:

• •Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment•
• •Proven work experience as a warehouse keeper, preferably within the event management or production industry•
• •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.•
• •Basic computer skills (knowledge of inventory management software is a plus•

Education:

• •High School or Diploma•
