Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store Keeper with prior experience in the auto spare parts industry to manage our inventory and ensure efficient operations in our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of auto parts, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management : Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of auto spare parts, ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained.
• Stock Control : Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Order Fulfillment : Process orders promptly, picking and packing items accurately for delivery to customers and workshops.
• Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of stock movements, transactions, and inventory levels using inventory management software.
• Quality Assurance : Inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy, reporting any issues to management.
• Safety Compliance : Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with sales, purchasing, and service departments to meet customer needs and streamline operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar role within the auto spare parts industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of auto spare parts, including various brands and types.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,400.00 per month
