AJA Group is seeking a Store Keeper to join our team in Sharjah, Industrial Area 11 . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring the smooth and organized flow of goods, and maintaining accurate stock records. This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management : Track, update, and maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring no shortages or overstock.
• Stock Receiving & Storage : Receive incoming goods, verify quality and quantity, and store them in the appropriate locations.
• Order Fulfillment : Prepare orders and ensure materials are packed and ready for distribution or internal use.
• Stock Audits : Perform regular physical stock counts and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
• Warehouse Organization : Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse space, adhering to company and safety standards.
• Record Keeping : Ensure proper documentation for all inventory movements, including delivery notes, receipts, and inventory records.
• Reporting : Provide regular reports on stock levels and inventory movement to management.
• Collaboration : Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely stock availability and order fulfillment.
• Safety Compliance : Follow safety procedures while handling goods and equipment to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a storekeeper, warehouse associate, or in a similar inventory management role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and suppliers.

Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Additional training or certifications in logistics or inventory management is a plus.

Salary:

2,500 - 3,500 AED monthly (depending on experience and qualifications).
