Job Summary:

The construction Site Storekeeper will be responsible for managing inventory, organizing storage areas, receiving and issuing materials, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of all materials received and issued.
• Organize storage areas and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile them with purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
• Issue materials and supplies to appropriate personnel and keep track of inventory levels to ensure that reorder points are met.
• Verify and maintain records of all outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment.
• Work with the project team to ensure that all necessary materials are available when needed and that there is no delay in project completion due to material shortages.
• Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, transactions, and other inventory-related activities.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures related to inventory control and management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience as a storekeeper or similar role with minimum 7 years' experience in similar role
• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
