Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Storekeeper to join our team in Riyadh. The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring proper storage of goods, and maintaining accurate records to support the operations of our restaurants. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth flow of supplies to meet operational demands. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock. Procurement Coordination: Assist in receiving deliveries and verifying the quality and quantity of items received. Storage and Organization: Ensure all goods are stored in an organized and safe manner, following company policies and food safety standards. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and stock movements. Compliance and Safety: Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring proper handling and storage of food items. Qualifications: Proven experience as a storekeeper, inventory controller, or similar role in the F&B or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures. Familiarity with food safety standards and storage best practices. Proficiency in using inventory software (ERP: Oracle) High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is a plus. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality sector. Fluency in Arabic and/or English is preferred Saudi Residency is essential
