Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage and maintain our inventory for a furnished chamber manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of materials like steel, GI, PPGI, MS, AC units, distribution boards (DB), electrical components, welding materials, cables, and other related items. This role ensures the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of materials, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely availability of materials for production.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify the quality and quantity of incoming materials and supplies. Maintain proper storage conditions and organize materials systematically. Issue materials to production teams based on approved requisitions. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of inventory transactions. Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits. Ensure proper handling of materials to prevent damage or loss. Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requests for replenishment. Coordinate with the procurement department for timely delivery of materials. Maintain safety standards and cleanliness in the storage area. Track and manage tools, machinery, and returnable items. Prepare and submit inventory reports and material consumption analysis.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

Strong knowledge of materials used in chamber manufacturing: steel, GI, PPGI, MS, AC units, DBs, electrical items, welding materials, and cables. Familiarity with material handling and storage procedures. Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office (Excel, Word). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in storekeeping, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

Working Conditions:

Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting heavy items. Work in a warehouse or storage environment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
