Our Client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Storekeeper to join their pharmaceutical team in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of the pharmaceutical inventory. The storekeeper will work closely with the procurement and distribution teams to ensure the seamless flow of pharmaceutical products within the organization. Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify pharmaceutical shipments for accuracy and compliance with quality standards. Maintain accurate records of all received pharmaceutical products and monitor stock levels. Arrange and organize pharmaceutical products for easy access and retrieval. Ensure proper storage and labeling of pharmaceuticals in accordance with regulatory requirements. Implement inventory control measures to prevent losses or discrepancies. Collaborate with the procurement team to reorder pharmaceutical supplies as needed. Conduct regular audits to assess the quality and quantity of pharmaceuticals. Prepare and maintain reports on stock levels, consumption, and reorder requirements. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations. Handle the disposal of expired or damaged pharmaceutical products according to established procedures. Requirements: Diploma or BSc in Pharmacy (B Pharma). Proven experience as a Storekeeper in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical inventory management. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of pharmaceutical storage and safety regulations. Proficient in using inventory management software. Effective communication skills. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical supply chain process is a plus.
