Storekeeper Job Summary We are searching for an organized and detail-oriented storekeeper to manage all of the operations in our storeroom. In this position, you'll play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of our stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory. With a knowledge of fire protection & MEP. Proper allocation of materials ensuring all are used and not wasted. • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of supplies/materials/tools from the stockroom. • Receive, unload, arrange, and shelve supplies/materials/tools. • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies. • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies, report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping. • Rotate stock, proper utilization of materials/supplies and coordinate the disposal of surpluses, proper allocation of unused supplies/materials. • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control. • Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized. • Maintenance of stocks, operation of an accounting system, maintenance of inventory records, preparation of material orders, receiving, reviewing, and storing of supplies disbursed on job orders and material transfers. • Ensure all tools/machines used from site are well maintained and returned after site hours. Storekeeper Requirements and Qualifications • Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management • Knowledge in MS Office & ERP / Tally • Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment • Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management • Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time • Ability to safely and legally operate a forklift • Skills to operate common office equipment • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: • Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): • Able to Join within (0 - 10) days?
