Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Storekeeper - Inventory to manage pharmaceutical stock within our hospital pharmacy. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate tracking, storage, and timely replenishment of medications and medical supplies, while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Monitor and control stock levels of medications and medical supplies, ensuring accuracy and availability. Receiving & Inspection: Verify and inspect deliveries, ensuring the correct quantity and quality of products. Stock Rotation: Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) for perishable items and ensure proper storage of temperature-sensitive medications. Order Management: Work with procurement teams to reorder stock, preventing shortages or overstocking. Compliance & Safety: Adhere to regulatory requirements for controlled substances and ensure the safe storage of all products. Reporting: Maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports for management. Qualifications: Previous experience in inventory management, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting. Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical supplies, and healthcare regulations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
