Job Description

We are a leading interior fit-out company, specializing in high-quality designs and efficient project execution. We are seeking an organized and experienced Store Keeper to manage stock and materials in our warehouse. In addition to inventory control, this role will also involve handling the time sheets of factory employees. If you have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

• Stock Management : Receive and inspect all incoming materials, ensuring they match purchase orders and are in good condition.
• Documentation : Process and distribute documentation related to purchase orders, including tracking discrepancies or damages.
• Damage & Discrepancy Reporting : Report, document, and track any damages or discrepancies on orders received.
• Employee Time Tracking : Maintain time sheets for factory employees' working hours.
• Returns Management : Coordinate the return of canceled or damaged items to vendors.
• Problem Resolution : Answer questions regarding procedures, receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs, and surplus property.
• Inventory Recording : Record store material receipts and consumption on a daily basis.
• Stock Updates : Periodically update stock levels and maintain accurate records.
• Communication : Inform the concerned team of the balance material status to raise new purchase requests.
• Supplier Coordination : Follow up with material suppliers (with prior consent from the purchase department) to ensure timely delivery.
• Tool & Machinery Tracking : Maintain records of departmental tools, machinery, and equipment.
