4. High level attention & accuracy to deal with suppliers

5. Expert in handling daily material issues & receipts with proper documentations and within the time limit

6. Expert in Handling Stock ledger with high accuracy

7. Able to maintain a clean & safe work area at all times

8. Skilled in Filing, documentations and MS Word & Excel

9. Preferably with Hotel experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders.

2. Processes and distribute delivery documents with copy of purchase orders to Store Manager.

3. Make Report if there any damages and discrepancies on orders received.

4. Stack the received materials in designated labeled location in a correct manner.

5. Print Property Wise Store Requisition Pick Slips from JDE.

6. Separate the materials as per Pick Slips with the help of Store Helper.

7. Double check the Separated materials with Pick Slip to avoid duplication issues or wrong issues.

8. Load the materials in to the Delivery pick up in a proper manner without making any damages.

9. Ensure the safe receipt of delivered materials and collect the pick slip with authorized receiver's signature and file it properly.

10. Issue of materials based on the FIFO method.

11. Conduct Movement items physical inventory in every Saturday and make sure that the

Physical stock is matching with JDE system stock.
