•We are seeking a detail oriented and organized Storekeeper to manage and maintain inventory and supplies of our stores. the successful candidate will ensure that all the inventory is accounted for, properly stored and readily accessible to meet the need of our customer and team member.•
Key Responsibilities :
• Receive, inspect and record incoming shipments of the inventory and supplies.
• organize and store inventory in designated locations, ensuring easy access and efficient use of the space.
• conduct regular physical invitatory counts, maintain ledgers and reconcile discrepancies.
• monitor stock level and initiate orders to replenish inventory as needed
• Assist the team members with locating and selecting products. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve any issue with shipments or orders
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports and documents
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Preferred Qualification
• High school diploma or equivalent: additional educational or certification in inventory management is a plus.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and system ( Knowledge of Tally is a must)
• Experience in the industry ( Preferring candidates with UAE experience)
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures related to inventory management
• Immediately available
