Job Description

Trustbend Packers & Movers is seeking a diligent and organized Storekeeper to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate inventory records and ensure smooth warehouse operations.


Responsibilities:


• Maintain accurate inventory records using systems.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate receipt of shipments.
• Inspect incoming goods to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain detailed records of all stock movements, including receipts, issues, and returns.
• Ensure efficient storage of goods, optimizing space and maintaining an organized layout.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage conditions for different types of products.
• Allocate tasks and monitor staff performance.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy by batch/expiry.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance.
• Use data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure all warehouse operations comply with health and safety regulations.
• Supervise and train storekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.


Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Warehouse, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, and warehouse operations within the FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in English and Asian language skills.
• Proficient in computer use with good knowledge of MS Office; strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
