We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Storekeeper. The Storekeeper will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, overseeing the receipt and storage of goods, and ensuring efficient operations of the storage facility.Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and completeness of deliveries.
Organize and maintain inventory levels, including stocking shelves and rotating stock as needed.
Perform regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with records and identify discrepancies.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for replenishment in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the storage facility, including proper storage and labeling of goods.
Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures for handling and storing goods.
Prepare and pack items for shipment or transfer as required.
Assist in the coordination of deliveries and shipments with logistics and procurement teams.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
Knowledge of inventory management software and basic computer skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
