Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Storekeeper. The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving and distributing goods, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels. Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of goods and supplies. Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages. Prepare and process requisitions for stock replenishment. Maintain a clean and organized storage area, ensuring items are properly labeled and stored. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to schedule deliveries and resolve any discrepancies. Assist in conducting regular audits to reconcile physical stock counts with system records. Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain proper storage of hazardous materials. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a storekeeper or similar role. Knowledge of inventory management principles and procedures. Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office applications. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
