Job Key Details:
- Make sure all goods received are put into proper storage areas
- Collect and post delivery notes as well as invoices
- Settle discrepancies identified in received goods as soon as possible
- Make sure all deliveries are received at the designated receiving area based on the company guidelines
- Make sure all invoices are stamped and dated with the appropriate receiving stamp upon delivery
- Assist in reconciling shipping invoices as well as receiving reports to ensure accuracy
- Maintain store cleanliness as well as tidiness
- Perform any other related tasks as may be required
- Possess a Degree/Diploma in a relevant discipline
- At least 1 or more years of experience as a storekeeper
- Must be honest, trustworthy and reliable
- Good computer application knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Male candidates are required
