Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Inventory Controller to manage our inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all related processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage inventory control systems.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring adequate inventory is available to meet business needs.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure efficient inventory flow.
• Develop and implement inventory management procedures and best practices.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Optimize inventory turnover and reduce excess stock to minimize costs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Inventory Controller or in a similar inventory management role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in Marble/Stone/Facade is a plus.
