Job Description

We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a well-established perfume shop in Sharjah, UAE.

Location: Sharjah, UAE (Perfume Shop)

Salary: AED 2,500 - AED 4,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management :

Maintain accurate records of perfume stock levels.

Track inventory flow, manage restocking, and report any discrepancies.

Conduct periodic stock audits to ensure accuracy.

2. Store Operations :

Oversee daily store operations and ensure proper organization of the store.

Ensure that products are displayed effectively for customers.

Assist in ensuring cleanliness and safety protocols within the store.

3. Customer Service :

Provide excellent customer service and assist with inquiries.

Help in resolving any customer issues related to product availability.

4. Accounting & Financial Management :

Record daily sales transactions and manage the store's financial records.

Handle cash management, including daily cash reconciliation.

Generate sales reports and submit them to management.

Ensure timely payment of invoices and manage vendor payments.

5. Coordination & Reporting :

Work closely with the store manager and owner to provide regular updates on stock levels, sales, and financial performance.

Coordinate with suppliers for product ordering and follow up on deliveries.

6. General Administration :

Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and keeping track of expenses.

Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.

Requirements:

Experience : 2-3 years of experience as a storekeeper, accountant, or in a related role within the retail/perfume sector in the UAE.

Software Knowledge : Experience with Odoo software is preferred.

Skills :

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in using accounting software.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Language :

Intermediate proficiency in Arabic is required.

English proficiency is compulsory.

Education : Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred.
