Job Description

Ensures that all inventory and stock management systems are maintained and updated accurately, and within the agreed parameters Receives delivered materials; confirms that delivered goods match purchase order specifications of quantity, condition, model number, etc.; completes all necessary paperwork for stock items received Track, record and resolve any discrepancies on received orders. Manages all stock movements in and out, and maintain complete log of all stock movement to ensure stocks are tallied with the transfer documents Performing physical inventory counts to ensure that all materials are accounted for at the end of each accounting period Proven experience in storekeeping (at least 3 years) or a related field Male 30 years and above
