Industry: Manufacturing - Sheet MetalJob Responsibilities:

• Verifying and reporting monthly stock status (all materials) through ERP.
• Maintaining a daily report of sheet stock and usage daily through ERP. Updating all relevant personnel daily with these reports.
• Issuing items as per given MBOM. Additional items to only be issued on written communication with all items noted.
• Issuing of Chemicals & Powder to the Gasketing Machine and Powder Coating Plant.
• Monthly Updating of the Gas and Chemical usage in ERP based on the monthly report from the Powder Coating department.
• Ensure to display all the MSDS sheets of all the chemicals in the store for reference.
• Ensuring proper record of received items pertaining to stocks, and movement of materials.
• Assisting in maintaining proper records of issues and receipts of materials specific to jobs and other related works (through the ERP).
• Keeping stores and stocks in a systematic way making identification easy, while ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of records.
• Receiving and labeling customer-supplied items for use by other departments. Maintain a log for the same (through ERP and material issue slips).
• Prepare GRN.
• Assist in preparing purchase requisitions for consumables when required.
• Maintain all the records systematically for verification of Store procedures.
• As per the Production Plan and based on the MR, prepare the material and consumables for each day.
• Distribution of the daily PPE to the shop floor and maintaining the records.
• Record and store all the customer samples.
• He will have to arrange and ensure that the company warehouse is well-maintained and orderly always arranged.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or related specializations.
• Minimum 4 years of sheet metal & manufacturing industry experience.
• Familiarity with Store Keeping.
• Systematic and organized working style.
• Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Well-versed with computer skills.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Good English communication skills.
