Responsibilities
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Track stock movements and update records accurately.
• Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy.
• Receive, inspect, and shelve incoming goods.
• Organize and maintain the store's layout for easy access and efficient storage.
• Prepare and process orders for replenishment.
• Record inventory transactions and update inventory management systems.
• Prepare reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and usage trends.
• Assist customers with their inquiries and provide product information as needed.
• Address and resolve any issues related to stock availability or product quality.
• Use computer systems to manage inventory data.
• Operate basic office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word) for record-keeping and reporting.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Follow company policies and procedures for stock management and store operations.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Qualification
• Basic knowledge of English (reading and writing).
• Fundamental computer skills (e.g., MS Office, basic data entry).
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
