Job Summary:

We are looking for a Store Supervisor to oversee the storage, inventory management, and fulfillment of export and local orders in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination of transport, manage production planning, and optimize store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Export Order Fulfillment:

- Ensure timely dispatch of export orders.

- Coordinate with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.

- Maintain export documentation and compliance with regulations.

2. Local Order Fulfillment:

- Manage the dispatch and delivery of local orders efficiently.

- Work closely with transporters and internal teams for smooth deliveries.

- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or delays.

3. Company Transport Coordination:

- Schedule and manage company-owned and third-party transport.

- Optimize transportation routes and costs.

- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

4. Production Planning:

- Align store operations with production schedules.

- Coordinate with the production team to ensure raw materials and finished goods are available as per demand.

- Maintain accurate inventory records to support uninterrupted production.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 3+ years in store supervision, inventory management, or logistics within a manufacturing industry.

2. Education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

3. Skills:

- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

- Knowledge of inventory control systems.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
