Store Supervisor
Job Description
Responsibilities: . Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, and shelf stockers. . Managing finances and budget preparation. . Recording expenditure, sales, and employee performance. . Evaluating stock supply and availability. . Implementing measures to prevent stock damages, theft, and wastage. . Monitoring shelve stocks, product displays, and store appearance. . Investigating market trends and offering appealing products. Requirements: . Demonstrable retail store supervisor experience. . Extensive experience with budget preparation and financial reports. . Knowledge of product and consumer trends and marketing strategies. . Excellent Arabic and English speaking skills. . Competency in retail management software.
