Store Sales & Logistics Support

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

Assist the retail sales team by providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and support to enhance the in-store shopping experience.

Delivery Support:

Manage the timely and accurate delivery of products, ensuring seamless operations between the store and our clients.

?

Inventory Management:

Collaborate with the team to streamline stock control, including receiving, organizing, and replenishing products to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Customer Engagement:

Build strong relationships with customers, offering recommendations and insights about our premium wine and spirits selection.

Operational Efficiency:

Collaborate with the team to streamline store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

? Minimum

1 year of experience

in the wine and spirits industry.

? Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

? Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's landscape and logistics networks is essential.

? Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

? A proactive attitude, team spirit, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
