2. Sales & Service Conversion
Meet and exceed individual daily, weekly, and monthly service sales targets.
Guide customers through service booking and payment processes seamlessly.
Encourage satisfied clients to refer others and leave reviews/testimonials.
3. Store Operations & Visual Standards
Maintain visual merchandising and cleanliness of the store at all times.
Ensure marketing materials, displays, and product demos are up to date.
Keep track of walk-ins, inquiries, and conversions using CRM or logs.
4. Product Knowledge & Upskilling
Stay updated on all Luxury Care services, techniques, and value propositions.
Participate in ongoing training on leather, fabric, and upholstery care to remain a trusted advisor.
Understand seasonal promotions and upsell add-ons effectively.
5. Client Relationship Management
Build rapport with clients and follow up after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
Keep detailed notes on client preferences and purchase history.
Encourage repeat bookings and maintain a book of loyal clients.
Listen to client needs and educate them on relevant care services and products (cleaning, protection, maintenance, restoration).
Offer personalized service recommendations based on the client's lifestyle, material type, or brand of product.
Handle customer objections or concerns with professionalism and product knowledge.
