Responsibilities and Duties \xc2\xb7 Receive, distribute, and always maintain adequate quantities of inventory. \xc2\xb7 Maintain optimal stock levels of all materials, tools, and equipment. \xc2\xb7 Inform the Procurement Department well in advance about the items that reach the re-order level to order from suppliers. \xc2\xb7 Review physical inventories periodically and update the inventory data in the ERP System. \xc2\xb7 Maintain and update stock and consumption records. \xc2\xb7 Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents. \xc2\xb7 Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against each invoice. \xc2\xb7 Keeps and updates ERP records of good received and issued. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to ensure getting the appropriate approval for issuing materials, tools, or equipment. \xc2\xb7 Responsible of coordination with Projects Managers on day-to-day basis to fulfil the projects inventories requirement on time. \xc2\xb7 Compiles report of expenditure, and monthly stock report. \xc2\xb7 Lead and head the Disposal Committee for the disposal of expired and waste stock according as per Management approval procedures. \xc2\xb7 Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned. \xc2\xb7 Promote inventory related awareness programs to his subordinates. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for the Security of the Store and should make the required safety arrangements to prevent accidents in the stores such as fire, stealing or losing stored materials and items. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to maintain the stores clean, well-organized, mapped and all inventory are easily accessible upon request. ERP System: \xc2\xb7 Playing a vital role and contributing to the Implementation and enhancement of any new ERP System required in the company until getting the system live and well-functioning. \xc2\xb7 Stores ERP Module transaction processing & control. Job Specifications: Qualifications and Skills - Minimum 5 -7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in similar role. - Bachelor\'s degree in business administration. Electrical Engineering Degree is an advantage. - Excellent ERP Skills. Should have worked on Stores Modules in his previous company. - Excellent Skills in MS Office such especially Word and Excel. - Excellent communications skills.
