- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and train the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary to ensure the store is fully stocked at all times.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide ongoing training, and ensure staff are knowledgeable about products and promotions.
